Privacy Policy

DonutKnow helps you discover nearby restaurants and offers. This policy explains the information used to provide that experience.

Location information

When you choose “Use my location,” your browser asks for permission. Your approximate coordinates are sent to our server and to Google Maps Platform to return nearby restaurants. DonutKnow does not save your location or build a location history.

Restaurant partner information

If you submit a partner application, we store the restaurant, contact, email, phone, website, city, and offer information you provide so we can review and respond to it. We retain applications while they remain relevant to the partner program.

Technical and usage information

We use a short-lived one-way identifier derived from an IP address to limit application spam. It expires after approximately 24 hours. We also record aggregate sponsored-offer impressions and button clicks so partners can understand performance.

Google Maps Platform

Restaurant search information is provided by Google Maps Platform. Use of Google services is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. We do not sell the personal information submitted through DonutKnow.

Your choices

You can deny or revoke browser location access at any time. Restaurant contacts may request correction or deletion of their submitted information through the contact method provided during partner onboarding.
